Apple Symbol

How do you make the Apple symbol, lets say in AppleWorks or Photoshop? I cannot figure out how to. I used to use the font textile and then press option and I think T. But now it doesn't work. If someone has the textile font, please send to mysticlatent@hotmail.com. Thanks

    "shift-option-K" on most of the Apple-provided fonts like Geneva, Chicago, Helvetica, etc. will produce the Apple logo.

    For future reference, you should try the Key Caps app in your Utilities folder. As you hold the modifier keys such like shift and option, it will show you what the rest of the keys will become.
