Ok. I am about to redo both of my machines with OS 9 , OS X, and Mandrake 8.2 PPC on my iBook and the same but OS X Server on my QuickSilver 933...

Does anyone have any knowledge of Mandrake on the brand new 800 MHz iBooks? Are there any websites around that talk about different PPC linux and which are best?

    I've used yellow dog linux. It worked well on my Rev C iMac. You use YaBoot to load differnet OSes. I see no reason why you can't configure YaBoot to point to three different OSes. Read up on YaBoot and I think you'll have a solution.

    [quote]If you are setting up a multi-OS boot menu, you'll need to identify the partitions where each OS lives. You can use Linux-style or OpenFirmware partition paths. Here are some examples illustrating the possibilities:

    macos=/dev/hda10

    macosx=/dev/hda12

    darwin=hd:9

    bsd=zip:1
