Google settles WiFi data "spying" claim
Google reached a settlement 2 days ago with 38 states attorney generals over the Street View WiFi spying debacle. Amid changing claims from Google that the data swept up was didn't include any personal data then on to there may have been if was an unprotected network, the states agreed to a relatively piddling settlement of $7M total.
