Formatting/removing personal information without an OS licence.

I bought a second hand Mac Air a year ago. It is running Lion. I am now looking to sell it on. I want to format my HDD to remove all personal information/accounts etc. But the Lion licence is obviously on someone elses iTunes account. Also, I have no external disc drive. How can I wipe my personal information off this Mac?
