Apple 5W USB Power Adapter Question

I currently own an iPhone... I'm wondering if I can charge it with a 5V 1.5 AMP usb ac power adapter...


 


Can anyone help me on this?


 


Apple uses 5V 1 AMP USB Power Adapter  so I'm wondering if it's too much power for the battery.. a 3.7V 1219mAh one. Please let me know what you think.
