AT&T putting the same plan as TMobile

Hi,

I was checking my ATT account and saw that they have a new tab named Mobile Purchases. I am assuming they are also coming up with a plan similar like TMobile to sell their Phones outright or in Installment. Can any one verify?

I think that tab is for when you add a feature to your service like Familymap and the likes.

Will that have a title like "Mobile Purchase". I am not sure.
