Desktop Changes Back to Default???

Sometimes my desktop will change back to the default 10.2 wallpaper when I wake my iBook from sleep.



Or when I try to change the picture it will change the pic for like 1 second and then change it back to the 10.2 blue one.



Why can't I change my wallpaper?

    you probably don't have the permissions to change it. fix them with Disk Utility in /Applications/Utilities/
