ITC Rules In Favor of Apple Saying Google's Motorola Mobility Patent Not Infringed

The U.S. International Trade Commission found that Apple did not infringe the patent held by Google’s Motorola Mobility unit in an order issued on Monday, April 22. The Commission has terminated the investigation with a finding of no violation. Well that’s behind us. Now on to earnings.
