tibook cd drive

i got a tibook1ghz superdrive 2 weeks ago

but all of a sudden the cd in my drive doesn't wanna come out anymore

when i press the eject button or comm-e or drag the icon to the trash, the drive makes the usual noises and the disc comes out 1 milimeter and then it pops back in



help !!

I would take it back ASAP while its still under its 90 day warranty if you didnt get applecare.
