connect iPad to múltiple computers but with single account

Dear Friends,


 


My company is planning to buy 5 iPad 2 (WiFi only) for our sales agents all accross the country.  Please give me a solution for my following requirements,


 


1. 5 ipads to sync with one iTunes account from 5 different computers locates in different cites. So that we can use the iClous. (all agents have Windows PC)


 


2. Admin uploads documents in itunes and the all 5 sales agents can sync their iPads with itunes from computers.


 


3. We will use iPad offline and will connect to our computers with internet.


 


You can also give me other alternatives for iTunes (iCloud). I have already tried Dropbox, but dropbox need internet on the iPad.

    Whether it is Wi-Fi, 3G, or 4G, you must have a communication with the outside world. Neither Dropbox, iCloud, Google Drive, nor any other sharing service will work without that basic requirement. From where I sit, Dropbox does exactly what you need. It "just works" with iOS (iPad and iPhone), Windows, and the Mac.
