Burning ISO discs instead of Mac formatted CD with disk burn

I downloaded some drivers for my friends pc, but I have to burn it too a cd thats iso9960 for him to see them. How do I do that or do I have to have an external burning app? Cuz if so that sux

    Look at Applications/Utilities/Disk Copy, it has an option to burn image. I haven't tried this myself so let me know if it works

    It should work with Disk Copy, I have done it a couple of times.
