Could someone explain why the Apple online store is broken for me?

Whether I visit it on my Mac or my iOS device, it looks like this. All other sites seem fine. Even parts of Apple that are not the store itself. This is the Irish store; the US store is also not working for me.

    They finally got fed up with you wanting a physical Apple Store in Dublin and decided to wreck your access across the board. ;)

    Standard set of questions, I guess; did you clear Safari's cache? Just looks like a mis-loaded CSS file to me. How long has it been like this?
