Good idea to remove MBP battery since I always have it connected to the power cord?

I almost always use my laptop as a desktop in that it sits on my desk and is always connected to the AC power cord. I was wondering if it would extend my battery life if I removed it from my laptop vs having it bounce around between 97% and 100%?


 


 


Thoughts?

    No, it downclocks when you do that.

    Just leave it plugged in but run the battery down once a month.
