Preferences lost!

When I updated to 10.2.4, many of my settings reverted to the defaults, even the desktop background and iTunes library. So far, the only file I can't find is my bookmarks file. I know where it is located(I use Chimera), but that file is just the URL's included with Chimera. Any idea's on retrieving the old bookmarks?

    The Chimera bookmarks were no longer in ~/Library/Application Support/Chimera?



    What happend to your iTunes library, did you find it again?
