Capture Component HD video to MacPro

I would like to input raw footage from my Canon XHA1's component video output to my 3rd generation MacPro 8 core workstation.  I'm looking for a modestly priced PCI card I can add to my workstation.

 

The firewire output on my Canon is blown and why I can't export using it.  It is hopefully cheaper to add a card than replace the video out board in my Canon ($350-$1000) according to Canon Service Center.

There are consumer options for recording analog video but they don't seem to be designed for high bitrates.
