Is it possible to transfer contacts from PC to iPad Mini, and if it is, how do I go about doing it?
Two methods.
1. sync via iTunes
2. Sync via iCloud.
The first requires you have a reasonably up to date version of iTunes which you can download for free from Apple's site under the iTunes tag.
The second requires you have to an iCloud account (which really just means having an Apple ID and can be the same one you use to download apps etc and logging that in under the iCloud settings on your iPad Mini) and having the iCloud Control Panel on your PC. You can download it by searching the download section of the Support tab on Apple's site.
IMO - clouds the way to go. I recently bought a new iPhone - activated the cloud and by the time Id quit Settings and hit Contacts half the contacts were loaded already. Too easy

Yeah, use iTunes. Should show up normally alongside everything else.

Thank you for info...just got iPad, and I am slowly learning. PC;s no problem, but this, have no clue!
