Enable restrictions passcode

I use to have enable restrictions turned on for my daughters phone, but I'm almost certain I disabled it awhile back. However, today she upgraded to IOS 7 and here location services or find my iPhone is turned off and I can't get to restrictions because I don't remember pass code. How can this be reset without renewing the phone?? And without jail break etc...

    Seems like something you should remember to write down. You’ll have to wipe it and restore clean to reset that.
