Warning about Mac Game Store

Just want to warn about the Mac Game Store.

I bought SimCity (2013). Got an used redeem code.

Wrote them to get help, very slow replies.

 

So I wrote in a thread on the forum about it and a suggestion on how they could handle the issue better...

And they deleted my posts!

 

So I wrote a new thread about it and told them to not delete my thread.

 

But they deleted it. Apparently it's not allowed to give them bad critics.

 

So buy games from these jokers at your own risk! I will never ever make business with them again.

 

Not much money involved but they are really unprofessional in the way their acting and doesn't seem to look at their customers best interest.

    Okay the real ****-ups are EA, but still you should not delete posts that gives you bad critics.

    I aso play simcity. But I don't face same problem.

    They solved it for me, but it took some time (though it went faster because of how I made a big thing about it).
