iOS 7 now Bluetooth does not work. Please help

I have multiple Bluetooth speakers and now they will not sync since I updated with the iOS 7 update on a iPhone 4S

iOS 7 =pos

Please help.

    Did you turn Bluetooth on? Let’s start from the beginning.
