Voicemails not received

Every day my wifes 5C will not accept calls until she first calls out. Also any voicemails she "received" during the time before she calls out are lost. AT&T say its not them that is causing the problem and after they reset the number the same thing happens next day. My 5S does not have that problem. Any suggestions please? Should Apple replace the phone?

    maybe a genius bar appointment would help? since it is only month or so old...

    maybe call Apple support?

    maybe a simple reset would fix the issue?

    If you went through the trouble to find this website then join to post, you shouldn't have had any trouble asking Apple in the first place. Just saying, dude

    So if a samsung has a problem, its crap, if an crapple product has one, you should call crapple, have it looked at, its fine, it can be fixed. Oh the irony.
