All SMS do not get delivered

There seems to be a problem with SMS in iPhone 5S. All SMS do not get delivered. Few SMS remain undelivered.

This aspect needs to be quickly addressed.

    No, it doesn’t, because it isn’t a global problem. Tell us a LOT more (read: anything) about what you’re doing here.
