    What prompted the EU to go after Apple and the publishers too? Was that also Amazon telling Almunia what to do?

    Seriously? Can Amazon sue Apple for making some ebook prices higher or for adding more competition into the ebook market place or watering down its monopoly? Nope, hence it cried and got the DOJ involved. And despite evidence to the contrary, Amazon whined that Apple made prices go up.

    You really think Amazon doesn't have influence in Europe? Amazon is the kind of company that would get on its knees for favors.

    We should dig out the secret relation between Amazon and this judge.  Then this case will be automatically dismissed and the judge be put in jail.
