How do I turn off network welcome message from Airport Extreme

Years ago when I first set up my Airport Extreme, I remember setting up a custom message that says "Welcome to the network". So every time users join the network they get that message in a pop-up. For the life of me I can't find how to remove it. Long ago when I added it, the Airport Utility UI was very different and I'm almost tempted to say that they didn't build into the new interface a way to add/remove this message. I've searched Apple forums and the internet in general. Nothing talks of a welcome message.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Start airport utility.

    Through the menu -> File -> Export Configuration File -> export your configuration.

    Find the thing you want to remove in a text editor and save the file.

    Through the menu -> File -> Import Configuration File -> import your configuration.

    Update the utility.

    export your configuration.

    Select your airport extreme, in the menu goto File->Export Configuration File-> save the file.

    Edit the file with a text or xml editor save, and goto File->Import Configuration File-> select the edited file.

    Update the configuration and done.
