Illustrator CS5 no longer launches after font changes

I installed some new fonts in Font Book and now Illustrator CS5 will not launch. I have turned off all fonts except system fonts but still will not launch. I have cleared the font cache with FontNuke. I logged in with a new user and it will launch just fine. What do I need to do get my original user to work properly?

    The first, obvious question....is this a legally purchased copy of the software or some torrented and hacked version?
