Safari Scrolling Help

Hello, I have a question about how to change a feature of Safari scrolling. When I scroll all the way to the top or bottom of the page, the page bounces and reveals a gray space. Is it possible to stop that from happening? I would like the page to just stop scrolling if there's nothing more to see.
