I just bought a Newton...

Any suggestions regarding must have apps, add-ons, links to Newton forums, etc.

I got a 2100 (pretty much brand new, great condition) with a power supply, 33.6 modem card and that's it.

I know I need the Connection Kit, but any other advice from people who have lived with their Newtons would be greatly appreciated.

Congrats, but wrong forum <a href="http://forums.appleinsider.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=forum&f=8"; target="_blank">Digital Hub</a> is where you want to be...

But since I'm answering your question, first thing you need to know is <a href="http://www.newtontalk.net"; target="_blank">www.newtontalk.net</a> . Second thing is: guelph.unna.org . Two great resources. Knock yourself out. Oh, and get MoreInfo. It's a great program.

Newtontalk is the bomb. SUbscribe to the list and bookmark the archive (they're real nice folks but they occasionally get a mite irritable when you ask a question that's well covered in the FAQ or the Archive). As far as connecting to a desktop, see the <a href="http://www.chuma.org/newton/faq/newton-faq-hardware.html"; target="_blank">Chuma FAQ</a> , While you're ther just go ahead and look over the whole thing, you'll thank yourself later.

Oops, sorry about the wrong forum thing, but thank you both for the links - tons of great information.

I love this little (well, not so little!) device!

Congratulations on your purchase! I'll get some links up as well as a few packages on my iDisk that you should use.
