Getting a 10gig iPod SOON...Anyone know of any Pay Sites that Sell MP3's? (Downloads)

Or even a free site, But I don't think there are any, but anyone know any sites that you pay for that allow you to download MP3's ?



I am getting an iPod but dont want to go buy a bunch of CD's because they take up to much space.

what is morally wrong is supporting the record companies that ass-rape artists by only giving them pennies on the dollar for the CDs that they sell... you have to sell more then 100000+ CDs before you make decent profit rediculous....



retail stores make more $ per cd then the average artist does...

How about a compromise.



Rip a friends CD, if you like it, send some money directly to the Artist.



That way you don't support the Evil production companies and aren't stealing the intellectual and creative property of the Artist.

Sure, they do not have everyone yet but 1) free trial, 2) they have a lot of stuff and 2) you are supporting a legal cause and sending a message that to the sutdios it is possible to allow people to download music at a fair and cheap price.

Go with emusic.com and learn to listen to music made by groups (mainly European) that aren't (or refuse to) kiss the music industry's ass and have their whole album posted for download for the sake of promotion and self-respect.



Hey, the sooner we take american musicians music for free and they don't see a dime of it the sooner they will dump the record industry and start focusing on a profitable way to sell their music in mp3 format. The artists know what the public wants, they're just waiting to get out of their "lifetime" contracts.



Support those bands and artists that MTV doesn't think are good enough for mass consumption, that haven't made it yet and are liberally promoting their music for free online.



Anyway, as I was saying-go to emusic.com for some good ones.
