was just given a palm IIIx...can i use this with my iMac 800?

it's an old thing, but works...cradle is for pc...can i use this with my iMac?? and how do i find what level os it is running...thanks
thinking of just giving it to the kids to play with....would need a usb cradle...g

tap the menu button (the bottom left symbol on the graffiti area). select info, and it tells you the os version
i have a keyspan adapter and it works perfectly with my mac and 10.2

anybody using the Palm Connect USB Kit with os 10.2??
can get cheap on ebay....but perhaps i should go the keyspan route (or just buy a new freakin pda)....g

Not sure about 10.2 but I'm doing okay with my Palm USB Kit and 10.14.
I got the kit from ebay...usually cheaper than the keyspan approach.
