How do I transfer my address book from my old mac to my new one?

I just got a new Powerbook, and I'd like to transfer all the contents of my iBook's address book (OS X) to the PB. I have the iBook in Target Disk Mode, but I don't know what I need to transfer.

Help!

Jason

    If 10.1.x: ~/Library/Addresses/

    If 10.2.x: ~/Library/Application Support/AddressBook/

    Kickaha,

Thanks for the help. I had actually already figured it out, but I appreciate the complete answer.

Huh? At the time I posted, I didn't know the answer, but I figured it out before Kickaha responded. I was thanking him for his answer, though.

Yup, that's the easiest way, given you have a .Mac account (unless there is some other way to do it through iSync w/out .Mac).
