Vodafone only for now, as part of their "Live" stuff. If you can't buy one today (like you should be able to) you'll be able to get one soon soon soon soon. Me, I'll have one by Wednesday apparently.

Harald: Make sure to report back once you get your P800. It'd be even more fun if you could post some (real life) pictures. Do you have a Mac and Bluetooth adapter to test the P800 with iSync?
I was so into the P800 until I saw the crappy pictures it puts out even on the best setting in real life situations. I've moved on. I'd like a cheaper, more compact P800 without the frivolous camera. T600 works for me, though. I'm thinking T600 via www.gsmphonesource.com .

Oh don't worry -- you won't be able to shut me up. And the first thing that's going to happen is getting the ole address book on via BT.
I'll see if I can post to AI from it -- wonder if I can upload a photo somewhere

It certainly looks like the T800 would have no trouble replacing my Palm IIIxe, assuming of course that the P800-Mac sync works as smoothly as a Palm sync.

It sure looks like you are full of anticipation for your P800. I'm sure I wouldn't be the only one to enjoy real-life pictures of this phone and a good review for Mac compatibility. If you're looking for a good host for pictures, I'm sure the PowerPage would be more than happy to post your review and pics.
Personally, I'm taking off for two weeks of skiing in Switzerland on Friday. Assuming I find the time, I'll try to see what's on offer in the good old Helvetic Confederation.
Have a good time in Switzerland. Incredibly beautiful place ... I hope you have a good dump the night before you get there

Umm.. should I ask?
Am I correct in assuming that you mean Switzerland is so beautiful he'd crap his pants?

I think he was simply referring to the redeye flight and nothing more esoteric.
Thanks for the wishes for my trip. A good vacation is long overdue. I'm sure I'll enjoy being "home" and doing some good skiing. (I grew up in Switzerland, but now call DC my permanent home.) I hope you guys (and girls) here enjoy the holidays (beyond the presents) too!
