That MD is for the AMD Opteron and isn't due until the first half of 2003. Besides it is intended for ENTEPRISE CLASS 64 bit computing. Don't forget to add the price of Windows 2000 Advanced Server for 64 bit. I have two processor licenses I'd sell ya for $6000.00;-)
While it is very impressive for AMD it, in no way, should be compared to what Apple is currently offering.
