Let the guessing commence...
(BTW, I personally think it's Apple's "Music Studio Pro")

They do have pro App's, sin iPhoto (yet it is still at 1 release), for the other Digital Hubs
YET: iTunes does only play back, it does not create music, the idea of there being a consumer and high-end app's are that the consumer is free and fun and functional and the high-end does all the same features buy allow more power.
iTunes essentially plays back and encodes, a pro app (following the same scheme as the others) would play back music more powerfully with waveform diagrams. And if this is not the case and they have some great MIDI/ Sound creation studio, it will be the best things ever Crossly Willis!
Yes, that does rather solve The framistan question.
It was a joke. And good one, I must admit

Framistan was mentioned as an aple product in an [atat episode a while back. There was a mysterious product called "Framistan" that as all geared up and ready to ship but nobody knew what it was ...
Now we now: Framistan means a very nice, very expensive and totally nonexistant "thingamajig". A nice joke from Infinite Loop
Well spotted, btw!

Framistan is also in my kids' book about something too. Do a google search and it's EVERYWHERE!
Nothing important about Apple, though.
