Million Mac March

Ok, I admit this sounds silly, but it occured to me that we (mac users) are a minority and most definately have our grievances. As a community we even suffer a certain amount of discrimination (schoolboards, employers, even government agencies standardizing on PCs). But the majority of our complaints aren't against the government or even Microsoft, but against Apple (ok, perhaps motorola more so).

So what's our recourse besides the obvious (voting with our pocketbook)? I'm not asking about legislation or anything, but just if there might be a some way to assert our wishes.

As an example say the x86 OSX group or the Newton2 group or the iTV group wants to see their dreams realized would they...

1. Be able to buy enough stock to get some attention at the stock holders meeting

2. Assemble a petition to Apple

3. Organize a march on Cupertino

4. Do a letter writing campaign

5. Sit on their thumbs and pray.
