Does anyone know if the Beige G3 and the B+W G3s use the same RAM?

    Sorta.

Beige G3s use PC66 or PC 100 or even PC 133 as long as it is not to dense.

Blue and Whites use PC 100 or PC 133.

So if its PC 100 you are good to go.

Yes but do you know if PC 133 ram can work in B&W G3 : i ask my dealer, he replies to me : in some case it works, but in other case it won't.

there is different sort of PC 133 SDRAM, some of them will work fine in a G4 other won't. The specifications asked for a G3 may differ : it can explain why in certains case the PC 133 SDRAM will not work in blue G3.

My beige g3 uses pc66. in the apple store, when you buy ram, they ask you to ?step 1: choose your Mac? and they show pics of the B+W, the black G4 and the quicksilver G4. so i take it that they don't sell ram for me anymore?

The RAM Apple lists for B&Ws will work in a Beige G3. I have 384MB of PC100 in my Beige G3.

Regarding PC133. What I was saying about DIMM chip density applies here. If the RAM cards have beyond a certain density they will not work. This is true of all computers not just Macintosh. Motherboards are specified to work with a range of RAM densities.

Generally I buy RAM at <a href="http://www.owcomputing.com"; target="_blank">http://www.owcomputing.com</a>; and it will actually list what RAM cards are compatible with what system. And generally they are pretty cheap.
