When I had a customer support problem with my PowerBook, I got a call back from Apple Customer relations after I sent an email to him. It looks like his email gets 'intercepted' by other Apple employees and either forwarded to him or responded to.
Unfortunately in my case, it just made my problem worse.
I think Steve Jobs is super-cool and all that, but I figure he's so busy that I wouldn't want to impose on him by emailing him unless I actually had something important to say.

Q: How do you respond to 100 e-mails a day?
A: I read and type fast, I dont answer them all.
Q: What were you thinking with the flower power iMac?!?
A: Im sorry you feel that way, Matt. Go see them in person, they are very cool. - Steve
