Initialise hard disc problem
I have my standard apple 6Gb drive which contains all my program stuff and OS, but I need to re-initialise it. So what I did is copy the entire contents to a second internal drive, then I selected the 2nd drive as the start up disk, then rebooted.
However, after reboot, the drive setup utility did not let me initialise the first drive as it says it was the startup disk, although I have checked that the startup disc was the 2nd drive.
I'd really appreciate if you could offer any help in what I may be doing wrong or even how to do it correctly!
Many thanks

Also, try posting on apple's discussion boards on their support site. they are usually helpful there...
