Att and their so-called "Compensation"
I got a letter in the mail regarding the migration to their new networks for cable internet. It told me that they "would like to offer" me "two special gifts." These gifts were a $10 gift certificate at eBags, and $140 worth of free Real Networks gaming downloads.
The problem is that the gaming downloads won't work on a mac!! So, to see what they would do to compensate us mac users, I went and did a live chat with one of their customer support people.
basically he told me that it was real networks problem and not theirs!!! he wouldn't say anything otherwise.
