Pages problem when exporting

Hey, 

 

In the past two weeks when ever I export a Pages file to PDF I am loOsing the mask effect on my pictures, thus ruining the entire design.... 

 

I haven't changed any settings as far as I am aware and have used this programme for years, this has never happened before. 

 

Help?!
