Trouble Setting Up Paid Developer Account

Hi, I have been wanting to setup a paid developer account for a few weeks now and every time i do it directs me to the apple store then has the iOS developer account and the mac one as i'd only use the iOS account i'd prefer not to have to buy them both could someone give me some support on how to just buy the iOS one.
