iOS mail app From address when using Gmail ’Send as' my domain...
iOS question: applies to iPad and iPhone. My domain mail is forwarded through Gmail. If I logon to Gmail, compose, and send an email, it is sent ”from” me@mydomain.com. Similarly, if I use the Gmail app, and I compose and send an email, it is sent ”from” me@mydomain.com.
On both Google (at my Gmail account) and in my iOS Address Book, me@mydomain.com is listed as my email address. The iOS mail app is set up to use the Gmail account.
The mail app insists upon sending mail ”from" me@gmail.com. I can find no manner in which to make it send "from" me@mydomain.com.
It's not a secret click on the CC field as I saw mentioned in one place. Is there another secret? What?
