Mail Fetch Issues

I just installed 10.9.4 and Mail is not fetching items from my IMAP inbox (not Gmail) that I can verify are there and unread via webmail.  Tried sending myself a test message, it's waiting for me on my server but Mail so far isn't fetching it.  Happy to send more specifics.
