Well, I have heard about this software but usually, I manage my Mac manually by scanning and removing unwanted stuff, junks, duplicates, checking file repair and permissions etc. with Disk Utility and Activity Monitor built-in applications.
But yes, if still Mac is slow even after performing manual steps then definitely I will go for an efficient tool.
