iphone error 3 in recovery mode

i replaced my on off switch and then it stopped showing network then i updated it to the latest software and now it got stuck in the recovery mode showing error 3...it is almost getting recovered to 98%.

    You should connect your phone with ITUNES through cable. Then see what happens next.
