How can I send one BCC text to a group?

Hi there. I need to send text reminders to a groups of 20-30ppl several times a week. I'm an art teacher and need to remind parents before class as well as when class is over. I need to be able to send the same message to a group without them all seeing each other and give them the ability to respond w/out it copying everyone. I'm willing to use a computer (a web site or gmail etc) or an iPhone app to make this happen. Thank you! I love this forum!

    BCC doesn’t exist when it comes to group texting, I’m afraid. You’ll have to use e-mail for that. If you can ensure that each of your students’ parents have smartphones, the problem solves itself. If not, all the other solutions require you to turn off all forms of messaging to get it through, which isn’t practical. Seems that copy/paste is the only way.

    I found a service called remind me (used to be remind 101) and it's a computer based program for teachers that is exactly what I needed.

    When you send email messages to a group in Apple Mail, use the BCC (blind carbon copy) option to protect everyone's privacy.

    I wanted something similar to this so just tried to find out what craftymacgirl mentioned ('remind me' program) and all I can find is a 'reminder' program i.e. an alarm! Does anyone have a link to the one I need? craftymacgirl maybe? Thanks in advance guys.
