The disk you inserted was not readable by this computer.
I'm trying to get video and pictures off of a micro SD card that I use with my Mac Pro, running Mavericks. When I plug it in, I get "The disk you inserted was not readable by this computer", with the option of either ejecting or ignoring or Initialize. When I click initialize everything is grayed out. I have no idea what to because this sd card use to work just fine. Can someone please help I don't want to do the wrong thing and lose the stuff!

Check it in Disk Utility. How is it formatted?
