Buying Ipad4 component

I fried the tiny Home button plastic hold down on the long thing strip of components on the left side of the Ipad. 

 

It comes out as one unit after removal of several small screws.

 

1) do I need to replace the entire strip and if so, where do I buy it, and what would it cost?

 

2) can just that small part at the bottom be replaced?
