Ipad 2 super slow with IOS 8, how to revert back to IOS 7.1.2!?

Tried downloading 7.1.2 and doing restore via Itunes. That does not work anymore. 

 

My Ipad 2 was working perfectly fine before the IOS 8 upgrade. What is the workaround to go back to the 7.1.2?
