No Keypad entry for voice attendants

One feature sorely lacking is the ability to enter numbers during the call.

 

For fricking example:  If you call AppleCare sometimes you have to press 1.  Can't do.

 

Ditto for calling any bank or credit card company.

 

Or for most other customer service numbers...

 

If you goto the the iPhone to enter the number, the computer handoff the call completely.
