If you Google for "aperture yosemite", you can see Adobe's been spending their adwords wisely. The following page suggests there's an update for version 3 for Yosemite compatibility:
I'm guessing you're asking what's the cheapest non-Adobe option comparing with Lightroom + Photoshop for $10/month. Capture One Pro isn't very cheap but is an alternative that will let you import your Aperture library:

Or you could just wait for Apple Photos, since it's going to import your Aperture library, and offer many of the same features of Aperture.

You could get the Aperture 3 upgrade:
