iTunes Connect: Submit an app / third content verification code issue

I am from Europe and I am using Linkedin API to ask my users to log into my app.

The problem is anytime Apple reviewers (from Palo Alto) try to log into my app with the demo account that I provided to them, Linkedin asks them a verification code to check if the account has not been hacked, cause it has never been used in the US yet. 

I have not any mean to provide Apple reviewers the verification code, does anyone have a solution for this problem?
